Barsoi Artisans makes sure that delivered items are exactly as shown in the displayed pictures on the website. Size, color, weight, material and model image of majority items and other details are mentioned in the description box of respective items.

Please note that delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. Barsoi Artisans is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier services, however, we will be happy to help you track down the shipment.
CANCELLATION
Once the order is placed, it can’t be cancelled.
RETURN POLICY
For any claims of missing or defective product, please make a complete un-boxing video of the delivered parcel and send on whatsapp on +91-9625281952 mentioning your order ID or write on help.barsoiartisans@gmail.com within 48 hours receiving the courier, we will guide you thereafter.
If there is no defect, there is no return, refund and exchange policy.

Due to some technical issues, we are unable to provide cash on delivery option. COD will be available soon.
